The park charges per day you walk in. Pick the right pass and three days cost the same as two.

How the fee works
El Chaltén's trails start at three park portals on the edge of town — Los Cóndores, Base Fitz Roy and Río Eléctrico. One pass covers every trail you walk that day, but each morning you walk in from town is a new entry.

The four options (foreign adults, in force since 1 June 2026)
- Day pass: ARS 50,000 (≈ €28)
- Two-day promotional pass: the second entry is half price if it's within 72 hours of the first — ARS 75,000 (≈ €42) for both
- FlexiPass 3: ARS 100,000 (≈ €56) for three entries
- FlexiPass 7: ARS 175,500 (≈ €98) for seven entries

❗
Both FlexiPasses are valid for six months, the days don't have to be consecutive, and they work at any Los Glaciares portal — Perito Moreno included.

Which one fits
- One day of hiking: the day pass.
- Two days within 72 hours: the promotional pass.
- Three days: the FlexiPass 3 — it costs exactly two day passes. Bought one at a time, the same three days cost ARS 150,000 (≈ €84).
- Four days: a FlexiPass 3 plus one day pass (ARS 150,000) still beats the FlexiPass 7.
- Five days or more: the FlexiPass 7. At five entries it costs the same as the cheapest combination; every day beyond that is effectively free.

❗
Remember that Perito Moreno counts as an entry too. Three days on the trails plus a day at the glacier is four entries, not three.
